over 2 years agoWe were disappointed that pots, pans, dishes, and utensils were available upon request and not already in the room. And, one of the locks on the door to our room was broken. Other than that, it was fine.

over 2 years agoI recently stopped here with my boyfriend, mother, and our dog. The staff at this hotel are wonderful. Deborah and Jennifer are real gems who go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay. For the price point the room is serviceable. Clean sheets and counters, clean bathrooms and floors.

over 2 years agoComfortable rooms. Spacious for what I need. Price is comparable. No complaints. I appreciate that have card options for their washer and dryers. I don't participate in the continental breakfast so I have no idea what they would offer.

over 3 years agoThe rooms were clean but old. Bed was fairly comfortable. We had a mix up with the type of room on Travelocity and Janice was great. She found a solution for us and provided great customer service. My only complaint is that the entire hallway smelled of pot and cigarette smoke.

over 3 years agoThe best thing about this hotel is the staff, very friendly and helpful, housekeeping does a good job. My room was good, only complaint would be the stove and dishwasher need to be replaced...old! But they did work ok. The location is good, close to a lot. Overall...pretty good.

almost 4 years agoThe staff had great service. Very friendly. The room was clean. But the entire building smelled like years of smoke. It was very difficult to even want to breath. The room smelled really bad. AC had a strong old odor. So we didn’t run it over night. Everything but the TV is 20 years outdated. We Also stay at nicer resort or timeshares. So this was by far low class. Will definitely spend the extra money to get a cleaner more up to date hotel next time. I know management takes the reviews seriously which is very appreciated! Hope this best for the hotel!
