This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever walked into, and my family turned right around and walked out. We were put on the 3rd floor and weren't expecting some fancy and we tried to be open minded about the the musty smell and thought perhaps it's just because hotel is old. Walked in and the sheet was **covered**in fecal and urine stains , filthy mattress and microwave. I politely told receptionist there was no way my family could stay here and she told me it was non refundable, even after only being there 5 minutes. Red roof website said room would be 58 and I was charged 82..just wanted something economical on our long drive to FL, but these reviews have to be fake because this place was beyond filthy. Sketchy area too, I was hesitant to leave vehicle in parking lot.hope this helps someone else avoid this place, so gross.

Wonderful experience will stay again for sure. Beds were comfy wide variety of channels to choose from, elevator was on time evrytime, employees were awesome. I have not one complaint..

My husband has been staying here Monday through Friday for work for almost month and they have been amazing. They make you feel super welcome and are always helpful. I would recommend to everyone.

Von was SO nice! He made sure breakfast was hot and ready, kept cleaning all morning. He was socialable. Smooth check in and check out. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good for a hotel, gravy was a little watery. Not a lot of options

We traveled across the country with a dog. This is, by far, the best red roof hotel we've been to! Clean and cozy! - with a gas station next door! Highly recommend!

This hotel is getting an update, all of the staff were very friendly, nice, and accommodating, the location is great it's right off the interstate, with plenty of shopping nearby, even the people at the local Walmart were nice, the cashiers and the local residents of the community. There is a gas station you can just walk to right through the parking lot which is very convenient. It seems like the people that own this hotel actually care about it and are trying to maintain and keep it well. I've stayed here for 3 weeks for a business trip and it was a very pleasant experience

The hotel is well cared for. The lobby is attractive. The hall way and room are clean. I really appreciate the quality and cleanness of the carpet and furniture. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and the area was quiet. The hotel is easy to access from I-75, many good restaurants in the area. A QT gas station in front for easy fueling up and snacks. Breakfast was good. The sausage gravy and biscuits were good. Good value, good stay, good people and location.

As soon as we walked into the room it had a smoke odor, the floors were dirty with dirt, furniture was dusty, the pictures are deceiving. We reserved a suite, the room was small, the pullout couch was dirty, had a Togo cup lid on the floor sticking out under the couch. You could tell the only thing that was cleaned was the bedding. We did talk to staff and informed them of our concerns and they did say we could change rooms but there was nothing comparable to what we already had and we needed the larger bed. Also, the bed was like sleeping on a rock. We toughed it out since we were exhausted from the drive. Even if we could have changed rooms, I am sure it would not have made a difference, the common areas were dirty. The standard of cleanliness is lacking. Lastly, the morning as we were getting ready to leave, we found a cigarette butt under the couch half smoked. Picture below. If you need a place to stay I would not stay here. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also a very nice touch. But the rooms left much to be desired, The temperature control was not working correctly but we got by, the toilet was wobbly which is never a good thing. But the worst part honestly was the brick hard bed, we got no sleep. The doors would slam hard and loud which was very annoying when people would come and go. I could not leave five stars under those circumstances although I wish I could. I'm leaving this review because the hotel asked me to so they would know what to work on. I hope it helps.
