Nice looking facility, decent little breakfast. The lady at check in was not rude but was not welcoming. After we had unpacked we discovered the in room fridge didn't work and we had meds that needed refrigerated. They offered to let us put meds in staff freezer, "as other guests have" which tells me this is a common issue. We ended up just replinishing the ice in our mini cooler. Only ice machine is on first floor. In the middle of the night we were awaken when we heard someone walking around on the floor above is in what sounded like work boots on bare floor and dragging something heavy across the floor. Àbout an hour later we were awoken again by a dog barking nearby in one of the other rooms. When we checked out, the much nicer lady at the front said they did have remodeling going on in the floor above us, but no one worked last night, and they didn't have any registered guests with pets. They didn't offer anything other than the apology. Will stay at one of the many other options in the area on our way back.

From checking in to checking out my experience was great. The desk clerk was very nice and she let me borrow a block for my phone charger. Room was clean and spacious. I did not eat breakfast but it smelled good. The only hiccup is we had a handicap accessible room. The bed height was fine for me but my mom had a hard time getting on the bed. Also, the towels in the bathroom are on a shelf that is way too high if someone was in a wheelchair. Luckily I was able to help her. To note that the beds are at a normal height and comfortable. She just needed a step or something to get in the bed easier. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Nice staff. Quiet. Rooms are updated and not like the stock photos on Google. No bugs or smell (at the price I almost expected it to be sketchy or have at least one bug) but nope! Pleasantly surprised. The exterminator was actually there for maintenance work too. So no worries about bringing unwanted things back from traveling. Breakfast was standard continental but good. No pool but not necessary for me

I had a great stay here for a night. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were super friendly. The front receptionist Rachel was super kind. She provided me with recommendations of what to do while I was is Macon and held my bag while I was out hiking.

Not a 5 star but a solid 4. Room was spotless, bed was clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly. Family owned establishment. The price was ridiculously cheap.

Location was easy access to get back on the interstate. Price was really good. I slept great in the comfy bed. One of the best sleeps in a hotel I have had. Friends stated the breakfast was good. Every employee we encountered was really nice. And that is something that you don’t find much anymore. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was okay. Since we have 2 cats hotel assigns you a pet friendly room. We get that we are charged a pet fee which you assume that is for what a pet does to a room is taken care of. However our room.haf a definite dog smell. Not from urine but just wet dog smell. There are several good sprays rhat could help with this but it appears that was not done in this room. We Carry a spray for cat/dog urine etc. Before I even let our cats out of their crates I look over the room rather smell over everything. If I smell urine that spot is sprayed and kitties have to wait to come out until it dries. Since my sister's dogs sometimes leave that wet dog smell when visiting our home we are kinda used to it. But a pet charge should be used in taking care or odors in the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Biscuits and sausage gravy and scrambled eggs. Then the usual bread and muffins. Service was good check and check great. We would recommend as the price and location are good

The rooms were clean.The beds were comfortable. The night shift staff, front desk was very cordial and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with your fur babies.

The location is good, close to the highway. The lobby was clean. Counter staff at check in was not friendly. We had trouble with one key card. Didn't replace it, instead said use one card. We were on the 3rd floor. The room pretty small, hard to bring cart(tight)but fine to just sleep for one night. However, the room is outdated, no usb plugs. The bed was very firm with 3 halfsized pillows. The bathroom was clean with 2 towels. The room was quiet except the parking lot. A vehicle blasting bass for over 2 hr. Kept driving back and forth between this hotel and another hotel right next to this one. No security or staff in the parking lot. The room appeared clean but could have use more attention. Poor Vacuuming of carpet and food crumbs beside the microwave.There were no dirty laundry bags in the room, so bring your own. The in-room safe was malfunctioning half the the night clicking and flashing. But the worst was the pot smell. As we walked down the hall, with no smoking signs on all the doors, we smelled it. Later that evening after 7pm the smell became so strong in our room (coming from an adjacent room)that it triggered my asthma. It was very strong! No staff in the building to monitor such activity. Suggestion: make guest sign a non smoking form to include Vap, Cigars, Cigarettes and Marijuana. Impose a fee for breaking that rule.

Great value and location for I-75 travelers. The hotel could use a fresh carpet but the rooms are very clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable. Also dog friendly for a small fee.
