There was no power to the a/c unit. The front desk offered a fan to resolve it. (Why rent out a room knowing there wasnt power to the a/c?) But I cant sleep with a fan on. Pulled back the covers on bed to find hair. Tried the other bed. Found strands of hair (blonde and brunette), various lengths and toenail clippings. Skipped breakfast due to hotel guests coughing all over food.

Got charged a fee because the room had a smell after i left. No evidence of smoking, just a smell that anyone cleaning or came in after could have caused. Pick another hotel!

The residents in Macon are sweet and helpful. The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Room are setup nicely with all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Microwave, Refrigerator and Coffee pot.

Overall room was nice just hated the bed because it was super uncomfortable ( a solid single mattress on a hard flat surface.) Not good for someone with siactica.Bathroon was small & had no shower bars to hang wet towels only the hook back of the door.The whole metal area shifted when turning the water to shower.As well as the toilet sat really low.

Easy on and off from highway. Service is exceptional. Room is larger than most Wingates. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean! Breakfast was standard. Coffee was better than gas station coffee.

After a flight got cancelled and we had to get home, we stopped here for a few hours sleep. Desk is slow but friendly . Room appeared clean and updated , tho mattress had stain when I pulled back the sheet. Bed is comfy , air was not working correctly , and in both rooms woke up to roaches. Not the worst place by far but a few improvements could be made .

My job requires frequent travel to Macon, so I stay at this hotel multiple times a month. My check-in is always quick and easy, especially if Roma is the receptionist. I appreciate that she is always accommodating and professional. I am often checking in after a 13 to 14 hour day, and I it helps that my lodging is never an issue!

If you’re looking for a quiet place to reset and relax after traveling all day, this is NOT the place to stay. We checked in after 10:00 PM and heard nothing but doors slamming and people yelling in the halls all hours of the night. There is no quiet time in this facility. The facility is dated and the “remodeled” areas half-assed. The shower will flood the floors, the beds are extremely hard. The AC/heater sounds like your lawn mower running every time it comes on but still is not enough to drown out the noise in the hall. Walking through the hotel you can smell the cigarette smoke as people are actively smoking. Reviews were very deceiving on this property.

The rooms were nice, good beds. The shower was weird, no shower door, only a shower curtain. Water went onto the floor no matter what you did. The lip was too shallow... Terrible breakfast, ice cold food and it was supposed to be hot!

Great Hotel. The room was just remodeled and very nice. Since the Hotel is Pet Free there were no disgusting smells or heavy perfume. The room and hotel was extremely clean. The Breakfast was good. The breakfast would be great if they added hard boiled eggs. The fake scrambled eggs have no flavor.
