I’ve never stayed in a dirtier or louder location. Spent 3 week long stays traveling for work, dirty towels dirty bathrooms dirty microwaves dirty curtains water damage floors roaches and one rude front desk lady. The walls are paper thin and you can’t get any sleep here from the interstate or other guests. You can literally hear other’s conversations and snoring, you can also smell what they’re having for dinner. The gentleman working the front desk at this location is great and should seek other employment. Cherry on top the coffee is the worst. Edited to add I have 2 weeks left here and will be changing locations because on two separate occasions the towels were dirty so it’s not a one off mistake.

We love this hotel and stay here everytime we visit Macon. Service has been fantastic from the front of the house to the back. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast has been decent and hot. I have dietary restrictions so I can't eat most of it but I do have options. Room issues are few normally but I did have a creaking bed this trip that sounded as if it would fall apart with one wrong move. The parking is plentiful. Suites are spacious. Sometimes we get the 2 bedroom suites and they are very spacious. Good powerful showers. This particular Residence Inn advertises a business center but has never had one in the years we've been coming here. Would love to have a printer. Highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel with great service personnel. Especially the front desk agents, Tina and Jielconds (sorry if misspelled), they were both very friendly and professional, and offered great assistance. The rooms were clean and roomy. It's an older Residence Inn hotel, but it is maintained well and just needs renovation.

Unfortunately this is NOT at a Marriott property standards. We found a live roach crawling on the wall; the general cleaning was substandard, I had to wash the glassware before using it, did not provide hand lotion in the room, and the breakfast area had horrible smell of vomit. I shared this feedback with assistant manager before leaving, hopefully they’ll address it.

We checked into the hotel in the afternoon. When we arrived, we noticed the door to our room was slightly ajar. Once inside, only half the room had power, and there was a small puddle of water in the kitchen area, but we initially didn’t raise these issues. When we returned from an event later in the evening, we were unable to open the door to our room. The key card scanner worked, but the door wouldn’t physically open. We asked for assistance from the front desk, and the staff informed us they needed to call an engineer. The engineer arrived and stated that the door was tricky and required an unusual amount of force to open. It was difficult even for us, and we were concerned about safety and accessibility. During this time, we asked how long it would take to access our room, as we had essential items inside, including supplies for a baby. The situation escalated when the staff member became rude, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We requested a new room with a functional door, but the staff member continued to be rude. It became clear they had been in our room while we were gone, based on comments about our personal items that could not have been seen earlier. We were not able to safely shut the door when we left. Ultimately, we chose to leave the hotel and find a new one due to safety concerns with the door and the interaction with the staff. I would not recommend this hotel, as guests should feel secure and have functional rooms.

If I had my family with me. I would’ve canceled our stay. I was there on business and the location for the business was 8 minutes away. Staff professional, polite, and helpful. Hotel overalll. The worst one I’ve stayed in. It needs to be remodeled. It’s more than outdated. It’s borderline a motel 6 and not fair to motel 6 since I’ve never stayed in one. It’s not a “Marriott” hotel and whomever the regional manager should really hold meeting regarding which Marriott’s in the region are falling apart. I have pictures. At best gold members and above should receive points for credit in their stay in underperforming hotels.

The hotel is “residence “ inn. Which means people live here. They allow dogs. The room we were in had fleas and smelt awful! I asked to be moved to another room and was told they were full. I could not even sit on the couch. Our reservation was for 2 nights, I requested my money back for the 2nd night. Of course they said no. We had to move hotels it was so bad. Run run don’t stay here! Breakfast the milk was sour, the attendant said “it’s in date”

This Marriott brand hotel is in a very convenient location, minutes from the I-75 exit and close to restaurants. The value is good. Breakfast is so-do. Lots of choices, but the sausage was kept in hot water?? Hotel could use a good scrubbing. The bathtub was stained and there was mold on the bottlom edge of the shower curtain. The carpets are dark and look old.

Good room, easy parking, okay breakfast. The one issue we had was the noise from the trains that run nearby. It was pretty constant throughout the night especially in the early morning, which made it tough to sleep well. Wouldn’t be a dealbreaker to stay again just not ideal if you’re a light sleeper especially
