Nice hotel. The rooms were large, you could stay a while and have room to not feel crowded. Indoor pool. Breakfast was ok but not great. I felt the location was a little out of the way. Some highway noise in our room. Staff were friendly.

Upon arrival things were great. Got to my first room and unfortunately it smelled like cigarettes and vomit. Went back to front desk got key to second room. Got in after struggling with key pad, unpacked only to find out I could not get back in, keypad quit working. 3rd room was nice, clean and comfortable. If you are noise sensitive don't get a room facing highway. Staff was just ok about it. Quality control issue that should be better.

Our room is fine but the door lock didn’t work when we came to our room. They realize the battery in the lock is bad. Fix that, OK. Get ready to take a bath at 11:00 PM and the water is barely warm and gets no hotter. Can’t wait for my shower in the morning. I find it very odd that both of these things happened after the last guest left. Maybe the lock but the barely warm water? I let it run thinking it’d get hotter but that didn’t happen. Last night in Nashville our TV didn’t work and we had to switch rooms and in Naperville, Ill. at Christmastime, the sheers at the window had a HUGE gaping hole in them. Like a hanging open gaping hole. That was attractive… Come on Marriott! This is everyday maintenance and housekeeping!

The pros: -Conveniently located off I-75 -Golden Waffles brand is included in the continental breakfast -Low price point The big con: -This is by far the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. Everything in the room was stained, dirty, or worn. It did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned or dusted in a long time. There were stains everywhere--red ones--on the carpet and even the lamp shade, while an odd brown splatter adorned the ceiling over the shower. The couch had multiple stains and spots all over it. The mirrors had fingerprints, the TV was covered with a dust film, and the shower had broken bits of soap in the floor. The toilet seat was broken and would not stay in place. The air conditioner fan blew, but not hot or cold air to correlate to the thermostat. I relayed these issues and concerns about the cleanliness at check out and the person told me they would pass it on to housekeeping. -The bathroom door was broken and would not latch. -The door to the second room we rented had a broken safety latch and was equally as dirty as our room. -There appears to be no insulation between floors. I heard constant noise above us all night. I stayed here exactly one year ago and the hotel wasn't in this condition. Based on this stay, we're unlikely to return. This is not consistent with the Marriott brand.

Great hotel support with requests; handwritten note from house keeping detailing where to find what we requested and wishing us a restful stay; whole hotel smelled amazing. 10/10 one of the best Marriotts we have stayed at.

Had a great experience! Rooms were great, price was great and the customer service was 10/10! My son is Autistic and wanted to play in the pool at 8am. Those sweet employees opened it for him to play in the pool with his dad so mom could go to a conference! Easy check in and check out! Will definitely recommend to others and will use it again when we return to Macon!

My family and I traveled from Illinois to Florida. We stopped here for an overnight. We had great service all over the hotel. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was quick and delicious. Finally, our check out process was quick and easy. Nothing confusing about this hotel, we recommend it! My family and I will be back!

What makes this hotel a wonderful place is absolutely the staff! We had had a very long drive and and arrived quite late, the evening front desk clerk was so exceptional and welcoming, he made us both feel as though he had known us forever. In the morning we were greeted by the Most amazing night manager at breakfast who was so friendly not only to us but we noticed his interactions with the staff and he was amazing! And the Breakfast....WOW! I never eat Hotel buffet breakfasts. Think powdered eggs, lots of unhealthy items..BUT..this place had so many healthy items and the eggs were fresh and they had the best choices we have ever seen on any breakfast buffet! We will be coming back again!

Great hotel was very clean. Great breakfast with a lot of food. Very nice pool. Only problem was our hotel was by the freeway side. If you don’t like hearing traffic when you sleep request to sleep at the other side of the hotel. The big trucks going by made it hard to sleep. Our tv was also in a strange spot. Hard to see it. Staff were very friendly

Wonderful experience! Friendly staff and clean hotel. Family of 6 from Michigan traveling through to Florida. Location is right off the high way and easy to get to. Staff went above and beyond - so friendly and nice. Room was clean - NO BED BUGS (read from a pervious review). Pool was clean and water temperature was perfect, a great way to relax after a long drive. Kids had so much fun playing in the pool. Continental breakfast - had a large variety of food ( food area was clean and well presented). I read in a pervious review someone said the walls were paper thin and sound was an issue..... we did not have the same experience... our room was quiet and we all slept well. For a family of 6 this is a great value. We had a wonderful stay! If your passing through.... this is the place to stay. Outback steakhouse, bowling and domino's pizza are minutes down the road.
