Clean room, friendly staff. As a rule i avoid public pools but this one appears to be as clean as they can be. Easy access from the interstate. Thats enough for me to come back next time I'm staying in the area

I was EXTREMELY tired getting to the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. It was so clean and Nicole, at the front desk, was so lovely. She was energetic and kind and had it smelling SO good. Everything was ready for me when I got into my room and it was just what I needed to relax with my family. I didn't have to call down for anything except a wake-up call. I have stayed at other hotels in the exact same area but honestly, this Comfort Inn was the best all-around.

Let's start with being greeted by Mickey Mouse sucking on a giant bottle of Grey Goose Vodka as soon as you walk in the door! When we checked in, we advised that we travel with a Medical Alert Service Dog. The first room that we were put into had a very strong smell of urine as soon as you walked in the door. Went to the front desk and asked for a different room and was told well someone else might have had a dog in there. Switch to another room. Carpet and room were filthy. Mold around the shower. Dripping faucets. And this room is right next to the railroad tracks. With a train literally 50 feet from our window. Went to take my service dog out to go potty, and another guest had his dog running down the hall without him holding the leash. This dog came at my service dog full speed, which led to me having to pull them apart before they started attacking each other. Mentioned this to the person at the desk and got a response of "well, there's nothing I can do about that" followed by "yeah, he does that all the time". Breakfast was practically non existent. Burnt sausage, scrambled eggs, and rude employee that pushed past me to fill the coffee creamer because she had to go on break. Only to watch her go stand right outside the front door, smoke a cigarette, and go right back to stirring the food without washing her hands. Never again will we stay here.

If your looking for a cheap room with decent bed, hot water, and friendly staff then this is the place. They have a nice clean pool as well. Its 100% dated. But not horrible. The doors are the downfall. Its a workers motel meaning alot of traveling workers stay there. Anytime someone closes the door the entire floor hears it. Workers get ip early and go to bed late. Also go room to room to hang out and slam doors. I had my ear buds so that helped.

Hotel is nice with very friendly people. Nicole from the front desk is the best. In 11 years of travel I have never met someone so committed to make sure your stay is nice and pleasant. She was able to locate some of our missing equipment that was lost also. She is definitely why I give this hotel a 5 star review

Everyone that worked there was nice, except one kid. The place is absolutely not the cleanest, It just seems old, mybe musty. BUT...on this trip this was the 3rd and last hotel we stayed in. I dont know what kind of coffee they serve but it was delicious!!! Better than every coffee I drank on that trip. They put out a great breakfast, just one complaint which I didn't voice but should have, their orange juice was almost brown. It might have gotten mixed with the cranberry line but looked terrible. Just the coffee was worth the stay for me though.

I had to travel to Macon GA for court on Monday and booked a room for one night at the comfort inn and Suites off Interstate 75. It was definitely a pleasant stay. The staff is courteous and professional from the General manager Nicole, the front desk Stacey, all the housekeeping staff, and a delicious breakfast- everything was top. Thank you, sincerely for your southern hospitality.

First time staying at Comfort Inn, Macon, GA. When I washed my hands inside my room I noticed how remarkably soft the water was. I later drank water from the tap which can be risky. The water tasted great. Had probably 7 cups of water. Come to find out that Macon's water is rated highly. Happy to leave a positive review especially in a world full of complaints. The water quality was a pleasant surprise!

Overall, the staff was nice at the front desk and the location is very easy and close to several eateries and good shopping one exit away. The outside and its surrounding lots are unappealing. Food, as typical, is ok, if you like watery coffee, but there was a variety of prison fare. One serious complaint is that the pool situation is very unsafe as exiting the smallish pool area is confusing because you have to figure it out and the signage is hopeless. For kids or non-English speakers or adults who believe that signage should mean what it says, the locking door is difficult to get out of, so if there's an emergency, it could lead to the death of someone. I’m convinced the people writing the good reviews are workers. We are from Ohio and was traveling to Florida. 3/5 only because my experiences didn’t include roaches but tons of reviews did. It wasn’t filthy but def not clean!!!. Bathroom tiles broke in our bathroom. Super super old & dated! Strong chemical smell when walking in.. bathroom curtain dirty. Breakfast was mediocre. Unwanted guest pounded on our door 2 times at 9pm even though we asked him to leave and he had the wrong room. I would not stay here again!
