Checked into room and noticed some mold on the ceiling, was moved to another room. Don't think that they should rent rooms with mold, reported to front desk and she could do nothing but move us, the owner was apparently out of contry and they had Noone to call for remediation. The front desk was very accomidating and nice, but the room was unacceptable.

We stayed here 1 night. The room was spacious and clean. I thought the bed was comfortable but my wife and son did not like the beds. The front desk staff was great. My daughter and son really enjoyed the cookies as well. The location was convenient close to the interstate and plenty of dining options close by.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Macon North I-75! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight of my stay was the woman at the front desk. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. I wish I had gotten her name because she truly deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. She made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

While our stay began positively on Friday with helpful interactions with your morning and afternoon staff, the events of Sunday morning, June 21, were entirely unacceptable. Upon returning from a wedding in the early morning hours, I took my dog for a walk. When I returned to the room, my husband informed me that we were being evicted due to an alleged domestic violence incident. I immediately sought clarification from the desk clerk, who stated she had called the police and insisted we leave the premises. I was highly confused, as I had just re-entered the building from outside. Notably, a gentleman present in the lobby even informed the clerk that she was mistaken (see pic below). Despite this, the clerk remained uncooperative and refused my request for a printed receipt. We were forced to vacate the property at 2:00 AM. After searching the Choices website I learned the only way to contact corporate was to phone them and of course the desk clerk was given the opportunity to file a report before I was able to launch a complaint and therefore my complaint was not taken seriously. I hope they review the camera footage as I requested and learn they have a person in their employ that assumes and accuses guest falsely. This experience was distressing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism. Needless to say, I will never stay at a Comfort Inn Suites or any Choice Hotel property. I'll stick to the Hilton or Marriott where I get treated well and can use my points.

I checked in this hotel on Friday, June 19 2026. I stayed in a room on the second floor with a hot tub. Didn’t really care about the hot tub because I was only there just to sleep for the night while visiting family. While laying on the bed I noticed something crawling in front of me and I couldn’t make out what it was so I grabbed some tissue and through it in the toilet. I turned back the cover and there was a large bed bug just waiting for me to turn out the light so he could chow down on me. I took a picture and video on the creature, showed it to the hotel receptionist and immediately demanded a refund and checked out of this hotel. Needless to say, if I would have went with my gut when I say the room, I wouldn’t have had to deal with this. Make sure you pull back the covers before you shut off the lights so you can see what you are getting into.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean. Located close to a lot restaurants. For the price point this hotel can't be beat.

This place is dated and can use upgrades. BUT, they definitely try to keep it clean. The beds were comfy and the room was overall clean. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The location is very close to the highway.

Clean room, friendly staff. As a rule i avoid public pools but this one appears to be as clean as they can be. Easy access from the interstate. Thats enough for me to come back next time I'm staying in the area

I was EXTREMELY tired getting to the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. It was so clean and Nicole, at the front desk, was so lovely. She was energetic and kind and had it smelling SO good. Everything was ready for me when I got into my room and it was just what I needed to relax with my family. I didn't have to call down for anything except a wake-up call. I have stayed at other hotels in the exact same area but honestly, this Comfort Inn was the best all-around.

Let's start with being greeted by Mickey Mouse sucking on a giant bottle of Grey Goose Vodka as soon as you walk in the door! When we checked in, we advised that we travel with a Medical Alert Service Dog. The first room that we were put into had a very strong smell of urine as soon as you walked in the door. Went to the front desk and asked for a different room and was told well someone else might have had a dog in there. Switch to another room. Carpet and room were filthy. Mold around the shower. Dripping faucets. And this room is right next to the railroad tracks. With a train literally 50 feet from our window. Went to take my service dog out to go potty, and another guest had his dog running down the hall without him holding the leash. This dog came at my service dog full speed, which led to me having to pull them apart before they started attacking each other. Mentioned this to the person at the desk and got a response of "well, there's nothing I can do about that" followed by "yeah, he does that all the time". Breakfast was practically non existent. Burnt sausage, scrambled eggs, and rude employee that pushed past me to fill the coffee creamer because she had to go on break. Only to watch her go stand right outside the front door, smoke a cigarette, and go right back to stirring the food without washing her hands. Never again will we stay here.
