I like that the location of this hotel is with other hotels. Restaurants nearby and It looked like other convenient places were close. The things I noticed upon my arrival of the hotel was the clean bathrooms on the first floor. They had feminine hygiene products in women’s restroom which I praise! Us ladies thank you for that! Another thing I noticed going to my room was that the hallways smelt good. Like a nice flower scented air freshener. The room we stayed in was nice however I did find some mold in the corner of the ceiling in the bathroom. Another thing I have noticed at Hampton Inn hotels is that they do not offer hand soap in the bathrooms. They have face soap bar but not soap for hands? Luckily I do bring my own hand soap on trips, just some things I have noticed. Overall, a good stay! :)

Rooms were very clean. The service at check-in could have been a bit more customer friendly, especially for loyal members. I asked for feather fee pillows and the person at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating at first. She finally stated that she would change my pillows out when the other person came in. She did follow through without being prompted to and changed them out.

The employees are amazing! The location is perfect for driving home from Florida as a half way stop. However the rooms smelled of urine, floors were sticky and we sneezed all night and the next morning during our stay. We love Hampton Inn hotels in general. This one needs cleaner rooms. Not worth the price. I would recommend going to the home 2 suites next door.

Had a very good stay at Hampton Inn & Suites while stopping overnight on the drive back from Atlanta. They had rooms available, check-in was quick and easy, and everything was clean and well kept. The room was spacious with a nice desk area, which made it easy to get some work done before checkout. Breakfast had a decent assortment of options, and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. The surrounding area is mostly car dealerships, so not much to see nearby, but it was convenient located right off the highway.

I had a great stay overall while in town for a dance competition! One of my favorite features was the ability to check in using my phone—it made everything so convenient. I arrived late, after 9 PM, and loved being able to go straight to my room using the digital key without needing to stop at the front desk. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after a long, exhausting day. We showered and got a great night’s rest with no issues at all. Breakfast the next morning was a nice surprise with a solid variety of options. My daughters especially enjoyed making their own waffles—they said they were really good! The only downside was the syrup, which they didn’t care for, but thankfully there were plenty of toppings available that made up for it. One thing to note is that I wasn’t aware the hotel allowed dogs. I was a bit startled when a large dog approached me, and since I have mild allergies, this is something I would have liked to know ahead of time. I also appreciated that staff enforced the rules when a guest attempted to bring a dog into the breakfast area—definitely important for cleanliness and comfort. Lastly, I want to highlight the staff—they were excellent! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They even took the time to show us how to use the waffle maker and checked on us after we were seated to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend, especially for travelers who value easy check-in and friendly service!

We stayed for a night getaway and woke up to no power due to an outage on the block. Initially, we were understandably a little frustrated since everything was dark and difficult to navigate. However, when we went down to breakfast, Imani completely changed our experience. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure we had juice, went above and beyond by clearing our plates as we finished, and kept such a positive attitude despite the circumstances. Her kindness and professionalism truly drowned out the inconvenience of the outage. Imani turned what could have been a negative morning into a great one, and she deserves recognition for that

The hotel staff were super friendly, the facilities are very clean. My only complaint which is one of the main reasons, people get a hotel room, are the beds. No matter how big a bed you get it doesnt matter, they so uncomfortable. If you like sleeping on "plywood" then you'll love it. If you like being comfortable, rent an RV. I dont understand why hotels/motels are more worried about appearances and less concerned with their customers sleep comfort. Other than that it was fine.

If you’re thinking, you’re always gonna get a hot breakfast at Hampton Inn. You’re wrong The room was more expensive than the rooms at the other hotels. I thought it would be really convenient to get the hot breakfast that they always have. But not today!

This was an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff was the most attentive, friendly staff we've ever experienced at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean. The location of the faucet in the bathroom made it very difficult to wash your hands, but the staff friendliness outweighed this and we will definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay, staff was very friendly, everyone said hi at the least and some made conversation. Breakfast was good with attentive staff. Rooms were okay, I feel the carpets could use a steaming. Beds were clean as were the bathrooms. Pool was good, aging but good. Notice some rust spots around it.
