We stayed for a night getaway and woke up to no power due to an outage on the block. Initially, we were understandably a little frustrated since everything was dark and difficult to navigate. However, when we went down to breakfast, Imani completely changed our experience. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure we had juice, went above and beyond by clearing our plates as we finished, and kept such a positive attitude despite the circumstances. Her kindness and professionalism truly drowned out the inconvenience of the outage. Imani turned what could have been a negative morning into a great one, and she deserves recognition for that

The hotel staff were super friendly, the facilities are very clean. My only complaint which is one of the main reasons, people get a hotel room, are the beds. No matter how big a bed you get it doesnt matter, they so uncomfortable. If you like sleeping on "plywood" then you'll love it. If you like being comfortable, rent an RV. I dont understand why hotels/motels are more worried about appearances and less concerned with their customers sleep comfort. Other than that it was fine.

If you’re thinking, you’re always gonna get a hot breakfast at Hampton Inn. You’re wrong The room was more expensive than the rooms at the other hotels. I thought it would be really convenient to get the hot breakfast that they always have. But not today!

This was an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff was the most attentive, friendly staff we've ever experienced at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean. The location of the faucet in the bathroom made it very difficult to wash your hands, but the staff friendliness outweighed this and we will definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay, staff was very friendly, everyone said hi at the least and some made conversation. Breakfast was good with attentive staff. Rooms were okay, I feel the carpets could use a steaming. Beds were clean as were the bathrooms. Pool was good, aging but good. Notice some rust spots around it.

I think the big thing to note with this is that it is clean! The rooms are pretty nice, spacious, and there’s big windows. The beds (at least the ones I had) have this issue of like… the mattress being very hard and the pillows being very soft? But otherwise pretty solid hotel

Everything was great. Staff was friendly, room lobby and breakfast area clean. We arrive after midnight and up early next day. Greeted with smiles. Staff came around to all guests at breakfast greeting and asking if we needed anything. It was a pleasure

I’m very happy with our stay. First of all, the room was clean, which is important to me. The hotel overall very clean. Second, the service was amazing. The women who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Everyone was. My kids couldn’t believe how nice everyone was…. Specifically Akeyla, she went above and beyond in every way possible at breakfast time. Lastly, breakfast was good, clean and had many options. The overall experience made for a great nights rest and a positive experience.

What a pleasant surprise! We called and reserved two rooms at the last minute because they were pet friendly and we got excellent service from the beginning of our stay through the continental breakfast as we left. Highly recommended.

They were wonderful when everything was booked on a holiday weekend. They did not overcharged me considering the situation which was great. The lady at the front desk was incredible,, and help manage the salvage in the Valentine's Day weekend.
