This property has a mixed reputation, with recent guests raving about the professional staff and cleanliness, while decades-old complaints highlight significant ongoing cleanliness issues, safety concerns, and inconsistent management. It appears to be an older extended-stay facility that maintains basic hygiene for long-term residents but struggles with habitability for transient travelers.

Very strong stale smells of cigarettes, Marijuana odors IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING FROM contract WORKERS at 5:30am, empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all down the hallways 1st and 2nd floor!! but there are several signs indicating that it's not allowed on premises. Immediately checked out after walking into the room and it smelled like someone had just put out a cigar. Nice area though but the odors and dust does not mix well with my ASTHMA

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful! The location was okay, traffic from I-75 was VERY loud. I arrived very late, but there was no one around as mentioned in other reviews. I did not feel unsafe. There is a smell in the building and in my room. Smells like people had previously smoked in the building to me. The room was sparsely decoarted but was clean. No lamps just overhead lighting. It appears they are trying to update and repair the rooms. There was a new wood like flooring, which was nice. The cabinets in the kitchenette was missing doors, but kitchette was very clean. The mattress was comfortable and well maintained - checked for bed bugs before turning on lights and no sign of them, which is always a relief. The TV worked just fine and several choices in channels. The heating/cooling unit could use some attention - it was very loud when it kicked on and acted as if it was struggling to kick on. If you are looking for a clean, safe and cheap place to stay and don't mind the sound of traffic or aren't overly sensitive to smells, then it isn't a bad place to stay. It is easy to get to, it's in what appears to be a safe area, it's clean, it has a comfortable bed, and the staff were especially kind, friendly, and helpful!!

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was dingy, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. We encountered roaches in the room, and even found ticks, which I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Within 45 minutes of arriving, I witnessed more than enough to know I could not stay. The room was dingy, dirty, and had a strong, foul smell. I saw roaches in the room and even found ticks, which is completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. The parking lot was just as bad—people were camping out there and playing loud music, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable environment. The entire property felt neglected. To make matters worse, all of this happened in less than an hour. I immediately loaded my items back into the rental car and left. At one point, I honestly wondered if I had done something terrible in my life to deserve this experience. This was one of the worst hotel encounters I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Love our stay here. Teelia at the front desk has been so welcoming from the first day of our arrival. They have been so sweet in anything we need for our room. The manager Latasha always solves any problems we have with ease. The laundry room always working well. They always work with us. Great staff. Great place to sleep. Would HIGHLY recommend. Ask for Latasha and Teelia.

This place is a GREAT place to stay for a short or long term stay. The rooms are SUPER CLEAN, no smell, clean linen and EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL STAFF. They’re very helpful and friendly. Safety is not an issue with the well lit parking lot not to mention the 24/7 security cameras around the entire property. Management DOESE NOT accept any foolishness or drama on the property. Such a family friendly place. I stayed for 2 months on a nursing contract. Well recommended 10/10

The front desk attendant was both very helpful and polite. My room was clean and the shower was hot. As a traveling carpenter what more could I ask for. I’ll definitely be staying here anytime I’m in the area.

I booked this hotel online, from another state..going off the pics and reviews. I don't think this is a hotel. The front was so filthy I had a hard time believing this was even the front door. Sketchy people walking and sitting on curbs and a sketchy looking parking lot. Front entrance was filthy and the 'agent' didn't know what my cancellation fee would be, since I booked for two nights. She proceeded to call the manager and take an additional ten minutes to ask what my fee would be. Needless to say, I took a loss and was charged for one night anyway, which I didn't even care. I went elsewhere and paid a few more dollars for a decent stay. DO NOT STAY HERE! Seems to be a homeless shelter or some type of rehab center. And the receptionist kept insisting that this was a really nice place with nice people..disregarding all the filth..absolutely ridiculous and misleading advertising. This is an apartment building, not a hotel.

We checked in quite late, when the front desk worker lifted the lock to the desk all I could smell was what I would describe as public bathroom. The hallways were dirty, and the elevator smelled like someone just lit a cigarette and a blunt at the same time. We got to the room and it smelled like straight cigarettes, not sure if the paint was supposed to be that yellow color or if thats from cigarette smoke. Floors were filthy, it looks like they only thought about sweeping and moping. Fridge had rust spots, shower had mildew likely because there were two gaping holes for moisture to build up in the tub lining. You get what you pay for, wasn’t expecting to be reminded of my childhood though ?. Definitely should be the last resort for a hotel. Had to shower right before leaving in the morning to get the filthy feeling, and cigarette smell off of me. Also prepare to hear I-75 all night because the walls are paper thin and the windows aren’t insulated.

Very friendly and respectful front desk employee. She needs a raise if I’m being honest. Purchased this room and left within 30 minutes ?!!. Could care less about a refund. Room smelt terrible, my sheets were stained, tv didn’t work. I suggest this hotel as a last resort/budget friendly option. The pictures on the website makes it look doable, great job on that. Maybe I got a bad room. Regardless that’s all I needed to never return. Went down the road to Hilton. 30$ more yet 100x better. FYI THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. People LIVE here!!. Might as well start charging rent. Feels like I’m invading their homes ?.

We had a late check, we are just passing the area from FL going to KY. Late check in was easy, the front staff was pleasant. We are assigned to the 3rd floor. Although the building says non smoking when we reach the 3rd floor we can smell in the hallway the smell of cigarettes and weeds. When we get to our room it smells like weeds and cigarettes in addition to that the next door occupant was playing loud music, There are a lot of things going on on that floor and it is very noisy though the room is decent. I ended up asking to move up to another room because we couldn't sleep from the loud noises, the staff are responsible and we really appreciate it. We were moved to the second floor close to the emergency exit. The hallway didn't smell and the room was clean and reasonable, once in a while there were small noises from the AC and i think the bathroom water, other than that I think it was an ok stay for one night.
