Friendly staff and good breakfast. Beds are nice. I got an accessible room, which was nice but it was not a walk in shower. I didn’t like having to walk outside to get to breakfast.

We stayed on Saturday night in room 101 with my 92 year old mom. The electricity on one end went out we reported to front desk she said she would send maintenance right away we had to go back and report it again after 15 mins and again after 20 no one showed up until then. We had plugged her oxygen cylinder to it which went out i am glad it didn’t coz any problems to my mom but that was terrifying and we were there sitting without heat when temp outside was 10 degrees. Front desk was sweet she offered room move but 101 was too convenient and we were all settled in with all my mom’s equipments. Service was horrible though. Lobby was freezing and canopy lights were off when we checked in at 6 pm and checked out and 6 in the morning. They need to pay attention to details.

Clean and comfortable rooms and a varied hot breakfast. Very kind staff and overall lovely ambiance. Located right off the highway so it’s good for road trippers.

Wonderful night stay to break up the long legs of the trip north. Cozy rooms and enjoyed our stay with the family and pet. Lovely breakfast with gluten free options. Staff was friendly and remembered us the next week when we returned south.

Best as always, we stayed for almost 2 weeks. Hospitable and helpful staffs from front desk to maintenance to cleaners. Frances in the dining area is so sweet, she's so kind, greets every guests which gives happy mood in the morning.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and everything smelled clean and fresh the moment we walked in. The hotel was spotless, and the overall atmosphere actually gave me that warm, nostalgic feeling from when I was little and my parents would rent hotel rooms for family trips. Breakfast was delicious, and the stay was comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The lobby of this hotel is beautiful with a white piano that guests are able to play. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really nice with lots of choices and a big seating area. Check in was quick and easy with friendly service.

Clean. Welcoming. Pet friendly. Great value! After a 14-hour drive including 2 hours on 75 through downtown Atlanta, we just needed a budget-friendly/dog-friendly hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were good., and a deluxe breakfast A very nice grassy courtyard with a clean pool. At this price, you don’t know what you might get, but we were very happy. I saved this one in Google maps for future trips.

We stayed here Monday night April 7 and this is the nicest Best Western Hotel we have ever stayed in , from the clean and comfortable room to the safe location and the wonderful breakfast , everything was a 10/10 . After check in we asked the young lady at the front desk if there was fresh coffee and she replied , there will be in about 5 minutes right after I make it ! What a great customer service attitude . The breakfast quality and set up is amazing , everything spread out to eliminate line ups , plenty of seating and a hostess who kept everything fresh and spotless. Thank you to all the customer service associates who work here .I highly recommend this location if you are staying in Macon.

We came here for two nights for the Cherry Blossom Festival. This is the nicest motel I have ever stayed in. Everyone has super friendly and kind, everywhere was super clean, the toiletries were excellent quality, the beds were comfortable, great choice on the TV, quiet, convenient to Interstates, the breakfast was amazing, we have 2 dogs and it's very pet friendly. I can't say enough. We were blessed to find this place.
