I was highly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I arrived late at night, and checking in was a frustrating experience. The front desk clerk was noticeably on a personal call and smiling, but when I approached him, his demeanor changed entirely. Instead of simply checking my reservation, he bombarded me with questions about how many people and if I had pets before I could even provide my confirmation details.The room itself felt outdated and in desperate need of a complete revamp. Key issues I encountered include:Structural Issues: The crown molding was falling apart and the curtains were badly outdated.Dirty Bathtub: The tub had nasty, dark stains on the back (not water-related). It was so unappealing that we could not bring ourselves to bathe.Missing Amenities: There was no tissue box provided in the room.Poor Linens: The towels and rags were in horrible condition.Unpleasant Entryway: The late-night check-in window resembled a pawn shop setup rather than a proper hotel lobby.Because I checked in so late, I didn't complain about the room at that hour, but I definitely would have chosen a different hotel had I known its true condition. I did not even bother to try the breakfast that was offered. I do not recommend staying here.

Stayed there last night. The room was just good, clean and comfortable bed but the room was showing it's age. The door was warped or bent in the lower half allowing light and noise, especially noise, to enter the room. This morning the cleaning staff was making all kinds of noise outside, 6:30 is. The pool was very nice and clean in a separate building. The breakfast was food poisoning wating to happen. The owner had not provided the attendant with heated serving containers. The eggs, sausage links and patties as well as the sausage gravy were all at room temperature. Had to use the microwave. Again, no fault of the attendant. At 9:30 all food and even the coffee was removed from the area. No coffee, for real? I will not stay at this cheap owners location again. A BW Platinum member.

Relatively cheap night. Hot tub was spacious, pool seemed nice. Hotel room was not so great. The cleaning products they use have a pretty strong smell, the vinyl flooring was popping up in places, black out curtains let a lot of light through from the exterior lights all night, and the bed was super hard.

Absolutely an amazing stay, staff were very sweet and even wished my mother and I, to have a happy mother's day weekend. Rooms very spacious, clean, and beds were very comfortable, with good sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. There were so many options when it came to breakfast, I didn't even know where to begin. Yogurt, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, sausage patties and links, oatmeal with 4 different toppings for them (coconut, raisins, almonds, and granola), grits, toast, peanut butter and jelly, fresh fruit, and nutrigrain bars. Beverages included coffee, orange juice, cranberry juice, strawberry kiwi juice and apple juice, milk, and hot water. I will be using best westerns from now on.

Great price! We booked 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms are very nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable, not too soft, not hard, perfect. Breakfast was scrumptious! Customer service at the front desk was very kind, and helpful. As well as the breakfast staff

I stayed here and the truth is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only inconvenience I had was that I paid for a room with a king bed and since I was with my dog they told me that it was not possible that I had to go to one with 2 beds (having already paid for the king that was more expensive) and I paid an additional fee for my pet of $15, otherwise everything was fine

First of all, the hot tub is fabulous!! However, the breakfast was nasty, because we literally had cockroaches for breakfast. One lady had one in her coffee, and I had one in a glass of milk straight from the dispenser. Not too happy about that, and the owner only replied with I'll change the milk unapologetically, not even offering an apology for me just having drank from a glass of milk with a roach in it. Non deterred, my wife and I made our way back to the hot tub. During the night we were awaken by a big fiasco of a love triangle and a window was broken next to us. My wife was terrified!! The next morning we went to complain, and they had no idea there was blood and broken glass everywhere. So while I would definitely recommend the hot tub and pool, I wouldn't recommend the atmosphere for children or even scared adults. Oh, and it snowed while we were there!! Definitely a ??

The room was very nice. Double queen beds, microwave, hair dryer in bathroom, iron and ironing board, toiletries. This hotel was a very reasonable price. It just happen to snow!

I really thought that Richie and the crew provided a great place for us to stay on New Years' Day. They are very hard workers and take pride in their establishment. The motel was clean and nice. We slept well at night, but not before enjoying the college football playoffs in the room.

DON'T STAY HERE. My husband, me, and our toddler needed a room for one night. I accidentally booked this hotel. I meant to book the one that was 6 mins south of this one. That one is super nice. This one is a health hazard for you and your family. They painted over all the mold on that walls which is now just growing through all the paint. The bathroom was covered in mold. There were German roaches in the bathroom and the sink area. I did pest control for 16 years so I know. 2 hours after we checked into the room we checked out and drove the 4 an half hours home. My husband has asthma and polyps in his nasal cavity. After 2 hours of being in the room he couldn't breathe from all the mold everywhere. The AC had mold all in it. We could never talk to a manger. Every time we call they tell us she is gone for the day and to call in the morning. We call in the morning and still the same story. They refused to refund our money. Please just go to the one that is 6mins south on 75 from this one. This one isn't even worth the $60 you pay.
