Try to stay at Comfort Inn and suites while on the road. As close as you can get to being home. Staff is always friendly and caring. Breakfast can't be beat, they always have plenty of delicious hot food. Love it.

Best value for the money in the area. Stayed one night driving south and chose to stay again when we drove north. Kas at the desk was super welcoming and so helpful when we had trouble with our online booking. We dealt with her on both stays and she couldn’t have been more efficient and accommodating. She’s definitely a great reason for us to stay here again on our next trip!

I am not even sure where to begin! I will say if there were zero stars on the cleanliness of this hotel. I would of gave it a zero. We stayed passing through to go to Florida. Saw the hotel.coms reviews which seemed decent. Only if I had seen the Google reviews I would not have stopped to have my family stay there. We got to our room, filth!! Just filth, an inch of dust lined the entire hallways and rooms along rhe edge. This room, in no way could of been cleaned. Bed had hairs, tables had ring spots, crumbs on the floor everywhere, any place that a vacum would of not grabbed with one swipe, backboard to beds where piled with finger prints and drips of who knows what, dirty kleenex in corner of room. So we went asked for a new room. The front desk clerk is the ONLY GOOD THING THIS PLACE HAD GOING. VERY POLITE. I feel she is used to this constantly. During our stay 3 people were up complaining of the same things I am. I told her she de a erred so much better than this place to work at. Poor girl, I am a business owner and she can do so much better. I would be humiliated . As I can see she deals with the same complaints over and over. I wish I would of got her name. She handled all the issues with tact and professionalism. However, our next room wasn't much better. We had drove 15 hours and kids were exhausted wanted to swim, hungry... I check beds they at least looked clean. We went and got our own pillows from the car. I can not even belive the HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS NOT WENT HERE YET. So, our second room, not much better, fridge lost all our food we brought with us, never chilled at all, stunk, sink didnt drain, shower had a huge Crack down the wall. I cant even make all this up! We did try to enjoy the pool. However everywhere you go in that place people are watching you. I was so uncomfortable with my children, we locked our doors and left first thing in the morning. I couldnt sleep. Somethung is definetly wierd there. I think its family and fri3nds of whomever ever owns it I am not sure. Something was defiently off. I started looking at more reviews. The same we felt being watch, the filth, just bad experience all around. As I was reading I noticed many arent getting their deposits back. So I held of making a review. I also took pics of the room so they couldnt say we did anything to it. Oh, and I wasn't about to eat the breakfast, if thier kitchens half what the banisters, furniture with nasty thick stains on it all, and tables looked like in the commons area.. I wouldnt dare. Worst experience ever!!!!

Stayed here with my family including two small children on our way to Florida and never will I ever stay again. 0/10 stars if possible. The first room they gave us had weed on the floor in multiple different places, belongings of other guests left in drawers, huge clumps of hair under the nightstands between the beds. They did “upgrade” us to a suite which did not have weed or hair clumps but they clearly just don’t vacuum or take cleaning the rooms seriously. We attempted the pool-gross. Went to set our things down on the one and only table and there was bugs crawling on it from something spilled. We didn’t even bother seeing what breakfast was like. Just got out asap. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly! Val and Nicole are wonderful!! It’s hard to find such great workers. Give them a raise so they keep working there!! Good breakfast too !

The outlet by the bed didn’t work, and Nick came to our room and quickly fixed it behind the bed. Great service and very attentive at comfort inn on 5000 Harrison, Macon, GA

This was a great find for us on the way back home from a road trip. The breakfast was very good too. Only very minor complaint was the indoor pool was a little cold when we were there but it could have been because we were in right when it opened for the day to tryo to catch a swim before we left.

Covers on bed were not clean, room had not been vaccuumed. Fridge in room was not cold, freezer dripping water. The tub backed up/didn't drain pdoperly. Pipe busted prior to our arrival so the lobby and pool/hot tub area smelled of septic. Housekeeping knocked on door to clean before checkout time.

Just stay on the North side of town. You'll save cash and won't have to deal with scummy $100 deposits. As if that $100 is going to cover anything valuable. And then the owner tells me it's because of my company's agreement with CLC; no sir, it's 100% a business decision that YOU made. And yeah, it's entirely your right to run your business the way you want, but I can also protest unfair practices. That's my freedom of speech. Going forward, I will voice that freedom by NOT staying here. I stay in 40+ hotels per year and yours was the SECOND hotel I had to pay one of these ridiculous fees. You act like I don't know what that $100 is actually for and have the gall to charge it to CLC guests. You won't get another NICKEL of mine. Room was decent enough but I've had much better for this price.

This place was pretty bad! Room smelled, paint overspray on the tv trim missing off of tv cabinet with screws poking out. Bed was not anything to brag about walls were dirty and had cobwebs above the tv. Front desk charged 30$ to check in early that’s fine but couldn’t give me a receipt until the following morning. I told him to email the receipt because I wouldn’t be here at that time and it took 2 days to get a email so I could get reimbursed from my employer. Fast forward a week and I tried to get a room at 7:20 am and I’m told they would have a room til 12:00. I was coming here because that’s what my employer has on our route! Not anymore. Give your business to anyone else.
