We try to stay at Hampton inn when we are traveling because we know it is always clean and professional. This hotel charged us w out warning again for the stay, I had to tell them. They did fix that. The hotel hallways and areas were clean and decorated for Christmas which was nice. But unfortunately the room was not up to par. There was debris on the floor in all the areas. Bathtub was ok but had some visual cracks. Overall the cleanliness was not good. We also found an old liquor bottle behind the curtain. It was very dusty so had been there a while. My toddler could have easily found that. We did throw it away. Would not likely book this specific hotel again.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Appreciated the brightly lite parking lot until I went to sleep...it wasn't completely dark as I would have liked, but it doesn't matter when your eyes wre closed! Breakfast was okay, coffee was good and hot.

A nice Hampton. Easy access off interstate. Nice decor, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Attendant at breakfast was helpful with restock request, and attentive. The rooms are clean and fresh. The tub and bathroom barn door had some issues. Tub had a quarter sized rust spot and door didn't close all the way. Not a deal breaker, but could be fixed. Would stay again next time. Safe location. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel if you prefer.

The front desk person was nice and very helpful but the rooms were lacking. We had driven 10 hours, so it served its purpose. It was nice that the staff called to advise that something was left behind and they offered to ship it to us.

We travel quite a bit and this budget friendly hotel is a go to for a quick stay when on the road. This location has to be one of the best run hotels we have visited in years! Cleanliness, comfort, simple amenities were only surpassed by the friendly and professional staff- from the desk personnel to the cleaning staff. Good to see people taking pride in their work and smiling. One ask of Hampton Inn: never have any kind of non-dairy creamers for their coffee bars.

Overall this place was great and worked well for us. However you need more luggage carts, there were none for use. We looked ourselves on each floor hoping to find one as the staff was indifferent to the fact there was none available. Traveling with a family this is a small thing that could detour people from staying here knowing they would have to carry all their items.

Stayed here for the night on our way to Florida for spring break, The beds are soft and very comfortable, There is complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they have a mini fridge and coffee maker as well as a closet and also a TV with a dining/office table for the family or for work. Would come again!

I stay at Hampton Inns a great deal, however, this was the first time I stayed here and it will be my last. Not only was this the most expensive Hampton I have stayed in, but it needed a good cleaning. The desk clerk was not real friendly, however kudos to your cleaning staff….they were very friendly and warm. My husband judges a hotel on their Kleenex and toilet paper and this one failed miserably. At least the coffee was good in the morning.

Before arriving to Hampton, I was at a hotel across the street. I reserved the other hotel in advance not knowing the area well. To make a long story short, it was a terrible experience, so I called Hampton after leaving the other place while being there for not even an hour. Mary at the front desk here was SO HELPFUL! She was very understanding of my concerns. I had mini breakdown in the lobby, and she was so comforting and apologetic of my situation. She ensured that my brother and I would get their biggest room for the night and even offered a later check out so that we could get some sleep before finishing our drive to Florida. Thank you again, Mary! You truly made my night!

Hilton/Hampton stay experience. Rooms well appointed and clean. Excellent housekeeping. Morning breakfast, something for everyone and serving trays full. Front desk staff, excellent customer service. Best stopover through Macon. A real plus is the Cracker Barrel located in the parking lot. Wonderful after a long drive.
