Hampton Inn used to be our go-to for a well-maintained super-clean pleasant hotel while traveling. Not inexpensive, but worth the difference in price. No longer, at least not here. Room 130: dirty sticky carpet, slow drain in the shower / tub, curtains that don’t block the solar-flare brightness of the parking lot lights, and all the outlets in the various pieces of furniture in the room (which are offered since wall outlets are generally inconvenient or out of reach) were so loose that plugs wouldn’t stay in the sockets. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the included breakfast was acceptable, but those other aspects were poor.

Good Hampton inn. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The rooms were decent too and clean. The shower was slippery and the basin was yellowed. Didn’t look dirty just not appealing. There was some residue on the tiles in the entryway and the carpet was wet in one area.

We are gold members who only stay at Hampton hotels. We have never had an experience this bad at a Hampton before. The woman at the desk not only did not welcome us as gold members and did not offer us our courtesy gift, she treated us very rudely and briskly. The room was dirty and smelled like dog. The mattress pad had a urine stain on it. The duvet cover had an old blood stain on it. There was hair behind the toilet seat. The sink did not drain properly and filled up every time you ran the water. The shower had rust stains in two different prominent locations. The bathroom floor was dirty. The breakfast staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was clean and typical for a Hampton breakfast. Although we pass through Macon frequently we will never stay at this hotel again.

Stopped her on the way to Florida. Easy access on and off of interstate. Suite room VERY spacious with 2 queens and sofa bed and room for more. Bathroom was older and had some black areas around tub. Breakfast had waffles, premade omelets, sausage and then toast, bagels, etc. Good choices and good taste. Everyone working there was very helpful and especially nice.

We try to stay at Hampton inn when we are traveling because we know it is always clean and professional. This hotel charged us w out warning again for the stay, I had to tell them. They did fix that. The hotel hallways and areas were clean and decorated for Christmas which was nice. But unfortunately the room was not up to par. There was debris on the floor in all the areas. Bathtub was ok but had some visual cracks. Overall the cleanliness was not good. We also found an old liquor bottle behind the curtain. It was very dusty so had been there a while. My toddler could have easily found that. We did throw it away. Would not likely book this specific hotel again.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Appreciated the brightly lite parking lot until I went to sleep...it wasn't completely dark as I would have liked, but it doesn't matter when your eyes wre closed! Breakfast was okay, coffee was good and hot.

A nice Hampton. Easy access off interstate. Nice decor, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Attendant at breakfast was helpful with restock request, and attentive. The rooms are clean and fresh. The tub and bathroom barn door had some issues. Tub had a quarter sized rust spot and door didn't close all the way. Not a deal breaker, but could be fixed. Would stay again next time. Safe location. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel if you prefer.

The front desk person was nice and very helpful but the rooms were lacking. We had driven 10 hours, so it served its purpose. It was nice that the staff called to advise that something was left behind and they offered to ship it to us.

We travel quite a bit and this budget friendly hotel is a go to for a quick stay when on the road. This location has to be one of the best run hotels we have visited in years! Cleanliness, comfort, simple amenities were only surpassed by the friendly and professional staff- from the desk personnel to the cleaning staff. Good to see people taking pride in their work and smiling. One ask of Hampton Inn: never have any kind of non-dairy creamers for their coffee bars.

Overall this place was great and worked well for us. However you need more luggage carts, there were none for use. We looked ourselves on each floor hoping to find one as the staff was indifferent to the fact there was none available. Traveling with a family this is a small thing that could detour people from staying here knowing they would have to carry all their items.
