I was traveling from Indiana to Florida and stopped late in the evening at this exit for what I thought was going to be a quick, overnight stay, but unfortunately woke to find a flat tire. My room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast, tho not a big variety, was filling with delicious coffee. But what stood out the most was the helpful and friendly staff. Mike especially was so kind and helpful when I was a bit frazzled in trying to schedule roadside assistance and be on my way! His thoughtfulness was very appreciated during a trying time...thanks again Mike!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff, from cleaning crew to general manager, are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating and you can tell they care about the customers as well as the work they do. It is prime location, nesting in the middle of many restaurants, walmart, shopping plazas, Lowe's, and directly next to highway access. The rooms are very comfortable with an updated touch.

Room was handicap, AC/heater not working, people banging on our door at 1:15 AM, highway noise was unbearable. Charged $60 for one night for pets, even though they advertise pet friendly. Front desk didn’t even ask on check-out if everything was ok. Breakfast barely anything. Will not be returning again.In addition, there was no real bed covers, look like they got some cheap Walmart covers and slapped them on it. We pay lots of $$ through our timeshare and get this crappy quality.

We were traveling with a dog and needed pet friendly overnight accommodation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good coffee in the lobby. Convenient location close to the highway and shops. Breakfast was OK

While traveling to another state, my husband decided to stop at the half-way point. He reserved the Garner Hotel in Macon. I have to admit, I was skeptical! I prefer to NOT try hotels that aren’t well-known! I’ve had one too many bad experiences at others. I have to admit that I was surprised! The hotel was very nice, quiet, and very accessible to/from the highway! The room was spacious! The bed was quite comfortable. We were given a handicapped accessible room because those are the only ones that have a bathtub. The issues I saw in our room were all cosmetic, not operational/functional. The most disturbing one was the (I’m assuming) hair conditioner left on the back wall of the shower wall from the previous occupant. Shouldn’t that have been removed when the room was cleaned following their check-out date? The bathtub had a gouge or some other sort of damage to its basin that looked to have been filled with caulk or putty and then painted over. Also in the bathroom, the grout was absent between some of the tiles in the baseboard…. Which could lead to bigger issues in the event of toilet/bathtub overflow. And…. Also cosmetic… there has been something adhered to the back of the room door… and the residue was still on the door collecting anything that would stick to it.. pretty nasty to look at every time you exit the room. But, as stated, these are all cosmetic! We did have a pleasant stay! The staff that we interacted with was great! Would stay here again if ever in Macon again!

The hotel overall was GREAT! Decent size rooms, clean, great water pressure, friendly staff, nice breakfast, good coffee, central location, ample parking, quiet, amazing squishy pillows, indoor pool and fitness center, kids friendly, autism friendly... The ONLY issue was the bed! I was in desperate need of a good night sleep and the mattress was so firm it was like sleeping on concrete! It was HORRIBLE! I couldn't get comfortable.I got up in the morning with more aches and pains than I've ever had. PLEASE CHANGE THE BEDS and this hotel would be AMAZING but for that reason, I'd never stay again.

Super clean everywhere, staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Priced right. The only drawback is the location next to highway you can hear trucks drive by so we used our white noise app to sleep. Bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. We have stayed here twice and will return.

Clean! Comfortable bed, 1 nice built in luggage shelf for one suitcase. Hanging rod . Avg breakfast. Choice of eggs and a meat, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt. Endless decent coffee 24 hrs. So happy with my room, I decided to spend another night and do some sightseeing in this area

Stayed here on a recent trip and it is a very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Not very close to downtown, though it is convenient for other things in Macon. The fitness center is 24 hour, though there are only treadmills, weights and an elliptical. The pool was also closed while I was here, might just be seasonal. The breakfast was a little hit or miss, one day the sausage was overcooked and dry but the other two days it was fine and selection was decent. I would definitely stay here again, pretty great value for the price.

This was a nice hotel and little hard to find. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk people for check in and check out were really nice! The breakfast wasn't to bad, not the best but good.
