Perfect in every way! The service professionals were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, the rooms were well-appointed and exceptionally clean and the windows on every wall allowed for beautiful natural light.The location was outstanding, as we were able to walk to downtown restaurants, College Hill, the Hay House and Tattnall Square Park. My husband and I enjoyed playing Pickleball at the 26 dedicated courts facility at the park! I highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous historic hotel!

I enjoy this boutique style hotel in the heart of Macon. Cameron from valet was personable and engaging. Front desk staff very helpful. Kudos to the front desk attendant (did not get her name) who was very helpful with helping me to gain access to the digital room key in my Bonvoy app. I really appreciate the time, effort and attentiveness to elevate my experience.

A very warm welcome to Macon and the Forty-Five by valet, DJ, who helped with our luggage and car was the start of a nice stay. Ms. Miranda at the front desk insured we had the rooms as requested and the accessories needed for a safe ADA stay. At Loom, we had dinner and breakfast served by the friendly and efficient, Ana. Loom manager, Miredys, insured everything was to our satisfaction and her high standards with a personal visit at each meal. The kitchen staff delivered food with a smile. Overall the service was excellent and the best reason to visit again.

Absolutely blown away by Hotel Forty Five. We’ve stayed at a lot of nice places over the years, but this hotel had a charm and atmosphere that truly stood out. The vintage character mixed with luxury and comfort made it feel unique from the moment we walked in. The rooms were beautiful, incredibly clean, and felt high-end in every way. What really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Easily one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had, and we already can’t wait to come back.

We checked in late Sunday afternoon 5/24/26 for our Anniversary. Upon realizing it was our Anniversary, one of the ladies at the desk (long dark hair) who I assume was the manager, stepped away and allowed the other young lady complete our check-in. Upon arrival to our room, we saw her again in hallway and when we entered I realized that she had quickly gone upstairs to place rose petals on our bed and leave chocolates! We were very impressed with the exceptional service! The room was beautiful and clean. I loved the decor and Macon-Music theme of the hotel. We also enjoyed the Rooftop Bar. We sincerely appreciate the staff at Hotel 45 for making our stay wonderful.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel 45!! The hotel is a great location. I came for a graduation at auditorium that was literally steps away from the hotel's front door. I wish I had gotten the name of one of the guys at the valet. He was amazing. Overall the valet was very friendly and helpful, but this particular gentleman stood out. Check in was easy and I got a welcome drink that was delicious. My room was nice and quiet, and nicely decorated. The bar has a nice view of Downtown Macon, and has amazing drinks. I did not eat, but the food looked good. There was also another place that you could eat, called Bloom, connected to the lobby. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Macon.

Fantastic spot. Great people and clean rooms. The rooftop bar was fantastic as well. Tessai and Jarvis were an awesome team for the valet out front. They were courteous, punctual and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful and delightful stay with a warm welcome and great attention to detail to make sure you are made to feel welcome. From the door attendants, valet, to the check in process and all employees on the grounds, everyone was attentive and professional and kind. A little pricey, but you didn't feel like they skimped on service. Rooms are okay, beds were comfortable and egress was good.

Herbert doesn’t just check you in he makes you feel valued, respected, and at home. His attitude is uplifting, professional, and full of heart.You can tell he truly cares about people. His smile is real, his words are encouraging, and his presence sets the tone for the entire stay. Sonja demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to guest satisfaction. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate my request for coffee, making every effort to ensure it was taken care of despite the circumstances. What stood out most was her proactive attitude and genuine care—she treated the request as a priority and followed through with great attention to detail. That level of service is increasingly rare and made a meaningful impact on my stay. I would also like to acknowledge Miredeys, who delivered the coffee promptly and courteously. While appreciated, Sonja’s dedication and customer-focused approach were the defining highlights of this experience. Service like this reflects very well on Hotel 45, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
